Here is how I calculate my score:

For example, to have 26 on speaking, I need to have 2 questions at 4 and 4 questions at 3. If I want to have 28 on writing, I need to have 1 question at 5 and 1 questions at 4.5.
When I have such goals, I practice to have the goals.
This really is great information for anyone that is looking to take the TOEFL test. Something that really is great is that this shows what you got as someone who is a potential test taker.
